Job Description
Your primary role is to guide our customers to great style selections. With a passion for fashion and service, you will establish and cultivate long term client relationships. Sales associates are responsible for actively circulating the sales floor, determining customers needs, sharing the benefits of our rewards program, and supporting the shopping experience from start to finish. Sales professionals must also deliver operatio al excellence by maintaining a neat and organized salesfloor. Daily responsibilities include offering the best customer care by greeting and welcoming all customers. Set and achieve sales goals individually and as a part of a team. Grow relationships by opening store credit accounts. Filling orders, stocking, merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
