Guest Experience Associates are responsible for the safety and security of all our guests while they are here. The main focus is to make sure everyone is being safe, having fun, abiding by the rules and not putting themselves or anyone else in harm's way. You need to be fair but firm and willing to have difficult conversations when needed.

Requirements :

Part time must be available weekends and holidays. Duties Checking IDs according the NYS rules Directing bus/limo drivers where to drop off, pick up and park Setting up private events Directing guests where to go and answering questions Keeping the yard and outdoor area clean including picking up and emptying trash Helping Taproom staff and management in maintaining a fun and engaging environment Assisting any live performers in setting up and breaking down equipment if they request Act as Security and maintain a safe and secure environment for all our guests Bussing of tables, returning glassware to the taproom and engaging guest in pleasant conversation Watching our smallest of guests and ensuring they are being supervised by their parents and not wandering into off limit areas Keeping the yard games clean and in working order and monitoring there use Maintaining fire pits as weather permits Helping direct private events where to go and assist in setting up areas as needed Assist Taproom associates as needed, changing kegs, getting beer Have the ability to have a firm but fair conversation with guests if needed The base pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
