In this role, you'll represent AT&T directly, engage customers, build trust, and deliver solutions that create lasting value — all at high-traffic retail events hosted inside our partnered retail stores across Syracuse. Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member Work AT&T retail events at partnered retail stores throughout Syracuse and surrounding areas Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and energy at every sales event Engage customers directly to promote AT&T products and services Drive sales goals and contribute to overall team performance at every event Help coordinate event setup, breakdown, and daily retail event operations Provide accurate product information so customers leave with the right plan for their needs What We're Looking For in the AT&T Team Member Enthusiastic, outgoing people who thrive in a retail event environment Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude Prior experience in sales, retail, or events is a plus — but not required Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, for scheduled AT&T events A team player ready to grow into a leadership role

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
