Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the quality, craftsmanship, and unique attributes of various jewelry items. Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring smooth checkout processes. Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and processing retail store transactions efficiently. Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and ensuring product availability for customers. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers to uphold our professional standards. Support inventory management by participating in stock counts and assisting with product replenishment as needed. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions promptly, offering personalized recommendations, and building rapport with clients. Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash register operations in a retail setting. Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership capabilities in a retail environment. Ability to perform product demos confidently while communicating technical details clearly. Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills to handle inquiries professionally. Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling, balancing registers, and managing sales totals. Familiarity with merchandising principles to create attractive displays that enhance product visibility. Experience with stock management, inventory control, and retail store product knowledge.
