Sales Associate

Welcome to the Wood Bat Factory and Wood Bat Factory Batting Range. We operate both a retail baseball bat store (over 40 brands of baseball bats), and a baseball wood bat batting range. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love of baseball, passion for sales and a desire to help customers find the best products for their needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with customers, and helping to increase sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think on your feet.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries and provide product information. Assist in inventory management and restocking of shelves. Greet customers and provide them with assistance. Maintain an organized and clean sales floor. Process payments and complete sales transactions. Prepare and serve simple food, snacks and beverages. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers. Provide product recommendations to customers. Assist with operation of baseball pitching machines and equipment.
