Part-Time (20-30 hours per week) About the Role FourLeaf Thrift is looking for a high-energy, dependable Storefront Associate to join our team. At times it's a fast-paced retail setting where one will be required to adapt to the daily needs of the storefront. Key Responsibilities Customer Excellence:

Provide a friendly and efficient shopping experience for every guest. We are looking for a "people person"

Professional Phone Etiquette:

Answer incoming calls professionally to assist customers with questions regarding store hours, location, and general inventory inquiries.

Inventory & Merchandising:

Consistently stock shelves and clothing racks with incoming inventory to keep the sales floor fresh and full.

Visual Design:

Maintain and organize displays to our standards. Having an eye for organization, decorating, and creating seasonal/themed displays for our local demographics is a major plus.

Point of Sale:

Expertly handle cash and card transactions, including opening/closing the register and maintaining an accurate till.

Store Upkeep:

Utilize your cleaning experience to keep the storefront pristine and inviting at all times. Anticipate storefront pinch-points and continuously look for ways to improve it.

Independent Operations:

Confidently manage store tasks and customer needs while working alone when necessary.

Requirements Application Materials:

A detailed resume with relevant experience and two professional references are required.

Experience:

3+ years of retail experience, including specific cashier, cash handling, professional phone, and cleaning experience. Previous experience in a thrift store environment is a major plus!

Skills:

Must be a dedicated team player with excellent communication skills.

Bilingual Skills:

Being bilingual and fluent in Spanish is a major plus.

Work Ethic:

High work ethic with a proven ability to multitask effectively.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift and move 30+ lbs and stay active on your feet.

Availability:

Open schedule required, including weekends. You must be available for both opening and closing shifts.

Reliability:

Punctual, prepared to follow established store SOPs, and able to pass a clean background check if needed.
