We are currently seeking Team Members who can maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to create lively fun guest interactions in our restaurant. As a front-line worker, not only do we want you to show your own individuality, but you'll get to help guests showcase theirs as they create their own pizzas made from artisanal quality ingredients at a super-fast speed. Our pizzas are then Fast Fired in our blazing hot oven and ready to eat in just 3 minutes. Duties Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble pizzas according to company recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food handling and safety procedures Experience Previous food preparation or quick service restaurant experience preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods effectively Customer service experience demonstrating positive communication and teamwork skills Basic math skills for cash handling, order processing, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in a fast-paced environment where quick service and attention to detail are essential Join us today to bring your energy, enthusiasm, and culinary skills into a role that's all about creating memorable moments through great pizza!
