At Project LeanNation, we often hire our Educators up to 12 weeks prior to the soft opening of a new location. In this Pre-Op phase, you serve as a Brand Ambassador , working alongside the General Manager to introduce PLN to the community. This position typically begins with a focused, part-time community-outreach phase and develops into a full-time role as we transition from the pre-sale process into daily store operations. Your Role inOur Journey:
As our most customer-facing role, you are the heart of the PLN experience. During the Pre-Op phase, your "retail floor" is the community itself.Your key responsibilities include:
Phase 1:Pre-Op Advocacy & Community Growth Brand Ambassador:
Act as a mobile beacon of knowledge, bringing the PLN mission to local events, gyms, and community gatherings to drive brand awareness.Pre-Sale Support:
Support the GM in executing the pre-sale process by engaging potential members and converting leads into Founding Members .Lead Generation:
Proactively build community relationships and gather contacts to ensure a robust pipeline of members ready for the soft opening.Community Connector:
Help build the foundation of our local footprint through grassroots marketing and presence at community pop-ups. Phase 2: Client Engagement (In-Store Operations)Inspire and Inform:
Engage clients with the essence of the PLN mission. Foster an atmosphere where clients leave enriched and empowered. Take theGuesswork Out:
Help clients make informed health decisions by educating them on meal planning and our nutrition philosophy.Empowerment:
Enable customers to educate others, effectively turning our members into an extension of the PLN community.Operational Excellence:
Retail Energy:
Bring high energy to the retail floor, creating memorable experiences for every guest.Inventory & Logistics:
Manage stock and inventory (includes lifting boxes 10-50 lbs).Store Readiness:
