What You'll Do Assist retail and wholesale customers in person, over the phone, and via email with parts inquiries and orders Provide excellent service at the parts counter, helping customers find the right parts quickly and accurately Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including regular outreach and customer visits Process orders, invoices, and payments while maintaining an accurate cash drawer Pull and stage parts for customer pickup and delivery Work closely with drivers to coordinate efficient and accurate deliveries Monitor lost sales and identify opportunities to improve inventory and customer satisfaction Process accessory orders through Toyota systems (AIM) Support the service department by assisting at the shop counter as needed Receive and check in incoming parts shipments Maintain inventory through stocking, bin counts, and organization Assist the Parts Manager and team with daily operations and additional tasks as needed What We're Looking For Previous automotive parts or retail experience preferred (Toyota experience is a plus!) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Reliable, team-oriented, and driven to succeed Why Gault Toyota?
