Duties Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance about our bakery products, including traditional Indian baked goods and snacks Operate POS systems such as Clover POS for processing retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders at the front counter, upselling items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction Prepare simple food items when needed, maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in the workspace Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and accurately process cash transactions Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to sanitation standards and food safety protocols Restock display cases regularly to ensure fresh products are available and visually appealing for customers Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Language Preference- English, Hindi, Gujarati Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety standards within the food industry Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining accuracy in transactions Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations Experience operating kitchen equipment or preparing simple food items is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues Join us if you're passionate about delivering authentic Indian bakery delights while creating a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back!
