Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Pro Shop and Bag Room employees. In these positions, you will play a vital role in creating enjoyable experiences for our guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pro Shop and Bag Room
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Experience:

• Previous experience at private or public golf facilities is preferred
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with professionalism
• Passion for hospitality and creating positive experiences for guests
