About Us We are a luxury South Asian bridal jewelry boutique specializing in bridal sets, bangles, accessories, and personalized styling. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual who loves working with people and creating memorable shopping experiences. Responsibilities Welcome every customer with a warm, professional attitude. Assist brides and their families in selecting bridal jewelry and accessories. Build relationships with customers and provide personalized styling recommendations. Schedule and manage bridal appointments in our CRM system. Follow up with leads through phone, text, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Maintain accurate customer records and appointment notes. Meet individual and team sales goals. Process sales transactions accurately. Help merchandise new arrivals and maintain beautiful product displays. Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready. Learn product knowledge including bridal collections, customization options, and current trends. Assist with inventory counts and restocking. Support in-store events, trunk shows, and promotional weekends. Qualifications Previous retail sales or luxury customer service experience preferred. Jewelry, bridal, fashion, or beauty industry experience is a strong plus. Outstanding communication and people skills. Confident engaging with customers and closing sales. Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and scheduling systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Fluent English required. Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Urdu, or other South Asian languages are a major plus.
