Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate and become the friendly face of our Real estate investors group! In this energetic role, you will engage with home owners and investors through your enthusiasm and product knowledge. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will contribute to creating a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and inspired to make informed purchasing decisions. This commission based position offers an exciting opportunity to develop real estate and financial skills while making a tangible impact on clients and investors satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Provide information about products, services, and available financing options to enhance clients experience. Connect with investors and home owners on a one on one basis. Utilize software systems for data entry, transaction processing, and inventory management. Handle basic math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and financial transactions with precision. Requirements Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; familiarity with Real estate operations is a plus but not necessary since training will be provided. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and financial transactions Experience with data entry and using financial or real estate software systems preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively assist clients and collaborate with team member. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales expertise in a fast-paced environment.
