As a key ambassador for our brand, you will educate customers on product features, assist with product demos, and create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. Your role is vital in promoting responsible consumption and maintaining compliance with all regulations. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and trust Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs, offering detailed product demos when appropriate Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, appealing products Conduct regular stock checks, assist with inventory counts, and restock shelves to ensure product availability Educate customers on responsible consumption practices and answer questions about product effects and usage Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing accurate information while practicing excellent phone etiquette Support the team with basic retail math for transactions, sales reporting, and cash reconciliation Assist in product demos to educate customers about new or featured items Assist with inventory. Assist with deliveries. Qualifications Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment involving customer interaction Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities in a retail setting Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is essential for smooth transactions Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices Ability to perform basic math accurately for sales transactions and inventory counts Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Experience in upselling, product demos, and retail math enhances your effectiveness in this role A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must have drivers license and car 21+ Join us as a Budtender and become part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while promoting safe, responsible cannabis use.
