The Job:

Furniture Sales - Commission plus salary We are locally owned and looking for our next sales members to help reach our growing demand. You must be motivated, dependable and customer focused! Sales experience is helpful as this is a commission based position designed for someone who enjoys working with people and is motivated by their own performance. & understands that great sales results come from both individual effort and strong teamwork! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs Process cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and cash register operations Support retail sales efforts by promoting products and services, including retail lending options when applicable Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and inventory is accurate Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Qualifications Previous retail store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and financial transactions Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Knowledge of banking or financial services is advantageous for supporting retail lending activities Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working in a fast-paced environment Apply today to become part of our new and growing local business!
