What You'll Do As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll connect directly with customers, learn about their needs, and provide helpful information about Verizon products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

Engage directly with customers in the community in a friendly and professional manner. Ask questions to understand customer needs and interests. Provide clear information about Verizon products, services, and available options. Explain product features and service details in an easy-to-understand way. Follow up with customers and provide additional information when needed. Communicate customer questions and feedback to the appropriate team members. Stay informed about current Verizon products, services, and program updates. Participate in team training, meetings, and ongoing professional development. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a consistent and positive customer experience.
