A Greeter at Meier's Creek Brewing Company is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for all guests. This position and all others at Meiers Creek require team work and the best efforts put forward daily.

Essential Minimum Duties and Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming guests Managing the waitlist and seating guests in an organized and timely manner Communicating with servers, bartenders and managers to maintain smooth guest flow Maintaining greeter stand, menus and front entrance area is a clean and organized manner Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs in a friendly manner Processing Meier's Creek merchandise and retail beer sales Supporting the team during busy shifts and contributing to a positive guest experience Qualifications Customer service experience preferred Friendly, welcoming and professional attitude Flexibility to work shifts Teamwork Ability to handle stress Active listening Attentiveness and patience for customers Physical Requirement Constant Standing and walking, Stooping, bending and crouching. Reaching at or below shoulder level Gross and fine manipulation using both hands Frequent Push, pull and lift up to 50lbs. Reaching above shoulder level Keyboarding and use of computer hardware Occasionally Lifting, pushing or pulling greater than 50lbs with assistance.
