Front Counter Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a Front Counter Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with customers
• ring up goods and collect payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers
• Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
• Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries
• Upsell products and promote special offers
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle peak customer traffic efficiently
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Familiarity with operating a cash register is advantageous
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Knowledge of upselling techniques is beneficial
