Duties Assist in remodeling projects by implementing planograms, installing fixtures, and applying visual design principles to enhance store layouts. Operate manual handling equipment safely for material handling and heavy lifting tasks during store upgrades. Use digital tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to develop visual concepts and schematics for store displays and interior designs. Support merchandising efforts through stock organization, inventory management, and planogram implementation to optimize product placement. Collaborate with store management to execute branding strategies, maintain cleanliness, and ensure consistent presentation standards. Train team members on remodeling procedures, safety protocols—including ladder use—and proper operation of store management systems like POS and inventory control tools. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate remodeling schedules, address concerns, and ensure project milestones are met. Skills Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead teams through remodeling projects efficiently. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design and schematic development. Strong background in marketing, visual merchandising, and interior design principles to create appealing store environments. Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases and team members. Knowledge of schematics, planogram implementation, retail sales techniques, and store management practices. Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills for effective client interaction and project coordination. Experience with manual handling equipment operation, heavy lifting, ladder use, and standard passenger car operation for transportation needs. Familiarity with retail math—including pricing strategies—and cash handling procedures. Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
