Job Overview We are looking for a motivated, on-time, and energetic team member to work thursday to saturday 2-8pm. This position requires the ability to follow directions and learn how we operate in a small deli/market food service estabilshment. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to meet their needs effectively Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining attractive displays through merchandising efforts Handle cash register operations including cash handling, cash drawer management, and basic math calculations for transactions Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers effectively Building sandwich orders, using fryer, grill, oven to complete food related tasks Learning basic cooking skills Experience Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key! Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and merchandising principles is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for providing top-tier customer support Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Store Team Member where your energy fuels our success!
