Membership Sales Associate If you're organized, dependable, great with people, and comfortable balancing face-to-face customer service with computer and administrative work, we want to meet you. KidsUnited is a year-round indoor soccer club for children ages 1.5-9. We help kids build confidence, coordination, character, and soccer skills through fun, high-energy classes. We're looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized person to support our front desk, members, and daily club operations. You'll welcome families, handle scheduling and administrative tasks, make calls and send texts, help new families get started, and support membership sales. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants meaningful responsibility and the chance to grow into club leadership. What You'll Do Create a great front desk experience: Greet families, answer questions, learn names, support new visitors, and make sure the club feels welcoming and organized.
Handle administrative work:
Manage schedules, update member and lead records, process registrations and membership changes, handle routine billing questions, send communications, and keep information accurate in our systems. Help families join
KidsUnited:
Welcome trial families, explain our programs and membership options, answer questions, and confidently ask families to join when the program is a good fit. Follow up by phone and text: Respond to new leads, schedule trials, follow up with prospects and members, and make sure important conversations do not get lost.
Support daily club operations:
Work closely with the General Manager and coaches, keep the front desk and lobby organized, help resolve routine issues, and maintain club standards when the GM is not on site. You'll Be a

What We're Looking For Required:
Strong communication and customer service skills, comfort with computers and basic software, dependable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. Preferred, not required: Experience in customer service, reception, administration, hospitality, retail, membership sales, fitness, youth sports, education, or another service-based business. Previous management experience is not required. We care more about professionalism, organization, willingness to learn, and your ability to take ownership of your work.
Schedule Weekdays:
approximately 3:00 PM-8:00
PM Weekends:
approximately 8:30 AM-3:00 PM Evening and weekend availability is important. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available based on experience and availability. Growth at KidsUnited Strong performers can grow into greater responsibility across membership, sales, operations, and club leadership, including future Assistant Manager or General Manager opportunities. The Bottom Line This role is a mix of customer service, administration, sales, and club operations. You'll spend part of your shift interacting with families and part of it working at the computer, managing schedules, records, calls, texts, and follow-up. We're looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, comfortable selling, and ready to take on more responsibility as they grow.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 20.0 per week
