This is not just a photo booth attendant position . We are looking for someone who enjoys working with cameras, computers, photography equipment, printers, lighting, and event technology and is comfortable troubleshooting technical issues in a fast-paced live event environment. Our team produces customized photo and interactive experiences for corporate events, brand activations, private events, and other live productions throughout the New York area. If you're the type of person who enjoys photography, understands computers, likes figuring out how equipment works, and can confidently interact with clients and guests, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do As a Photo Booth Technician, you'll be trained to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and break down our photo booth and event technology systems.

Responsibilities include:

Set up and dismantle professional photo booth systems at event venues Set up DSLR/mirrorless cameras, computers, iPads, lighting, printers, backdrops, and related equipment Connect and configure cameras, printers, USB devices, Wi-Fi/network connections, and event software Test the complete system before events begin Monitor equipment throughout events to ensure everything is operating properly Troubleshoot camera, computer, printer, software, connectivity, and hardware issues Adjust basic camera and lighting settings when necessary Maintain high-quality photos and prints throughout the event Assist guests with using interactive photo experiences Communicate professionally with clients, venue staff, event planners, and guests Maintain a clean and organized production area Carefully pack, transport, and protect equipment Represent Exquisite Booths Inc. professionally while working at events Who We're Looking For We're especially interested in candidates with experience or strong interest in: Photography or videography DSLR or mirrorless cameras Windows and/or Mac computers Computer hardware and peripherals Printers and photo printing Lighting and photography equipment Networking, Wi-Fi, and device connectivity Technical troubleshooting AV, event production, or live-event technology Previous photo booth experience is not required . We can train the right person on our specific systems. A strong candidate might already work as a photographer, photography assistant, AV technician, IT technician, computer repair technician, production assistant, event technician, or someone who simply enjoys working with cameras and technology.
