Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions accurately, and assisting customers with their purchases. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders or purchases. Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions accurately. Manage the ordering process at the register, ensuring quick and efficient service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and sales area. Answer customer questions regarding menu items or products and provide recommendations when appropriate. Ensure all transactions are processed correctly and issue receipts promptly. Restock shelves or display areas as needed to ensure product availability. Follow safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in cashiering, retail, or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
