Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge:

Educate customers on different cannabis strains, consumption methods, and responsible use.

Sales & Transactions:

Process purchases accurately while ensuring compliance with New York cannabis regulations.

Compliance & ID Verification:

Check valid government-issued IDs to ensure all customers meet the legal purchasing age.

Inventory & Merchandising:

Restock products, track inventory levels, and ensure displays are well-maintained.

Store Cleanliness & Organization:

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Collaboration:

Work as part of a team to create a positive and professional atmosphere for both customers and employees.

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years or older . 1+ years of retail sales experience preferred, especially in cannabis, e-cig, or high-end retail. Strong communication and customer service skills.
