Job Description

Overview We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Greeter to join our district. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and outside vendors. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of communication and cordiality within our schools and offices. The successful candidates must be eligible for NYSED Fingerprint Clearance. Hours 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday - Friday, 12-Months Responsibilities Warmly welcome guests as they enter, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Assist guests with inquiries and provide information when needed. Manage visitor flow by adhering to district and school safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services is preferred. Strong communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with visitors.
