Music & Arts is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in our retail store. You'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons that fit their needs and budgets. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing rentals, processing transactions, merchandising, inventory support, and maintaining product displays. You'll model best-in-class service, mentor junior staff, and support community events, all in a collaborative, education-focused, and performance-driven environment.
