Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory is well-organized and readily available for our customers. This position requires the ability to perform heavy lifting, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Duties Ensure the shelves are full, neat and properly stocked. Utilize our POS system to check inventory levels. Operate pallet jacks safely to move products as needed Assist with receiving tasks, making sure products are put away neatly and in their proper place. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stocking area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to restock shelves, merchandise products, and ensure that displays are appealing to customers. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with finding products in the store, and assisting customers to their cars with their purchases. Perform maintenance tasks as required to keep the warehouse and retail areas in optimal condition. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is preferred, especially in stocking or inventory management roles. Familiarity with retail sales processes, including cashiering and customer service skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job duties. Strong communication skills Experience with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility in-store. A proactive approach to cleaning and maintaining work areas for safety and efficiency.
