Parts Counter Associate Port Jervis Auto Mall - Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Port Jervis, NY Full-Time | 40 hours per week

Compensation:

$17-$19 per hour (based on experience) Port Jervis Auto Mall is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team. This position supports both retail customers and our service department with timely and accurate parts assistance. We're seeking someone with prior experience in the automotive industry who understands the importance of accuracy, communication, and strong customer service in a dealership setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and purchases Look up and order parts using the dealership's parts catalog and inventory system Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels Receive, inspect, and shelve incoming parts shipments Process parts invoices and handle payments as needed Support overall parts department operations as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in the automotive industry is required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts catalog systems Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
