Guest Experience & Sales Team Member Tori Ear Piercing is growing, and we are looking for a special person to join our team. This is not a typical retail job. We are a luxury ear piercing studio known for exceptional customer service, beautiful experiences, and making every person who walks through our doors feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. We work with babies, children, teens, adults, families, and clients of all ages, and we take pride in creating an experience that people remember. We are looking for someone who is warm, outgoing, professional, personable, and genuinely enjoys making people feel good. The right person will be someone who naturally notices when a client needs help, enjoys connecting with people, is comfortable starting conversations, and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment. They must also be comfortable learning and clearly explaining important piercing aftercare instructions to clients and parents. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Welcome every client warmly and create an exceptional customer experience Assist clients with selecting earrings, jewelry, charms, and permanent jewelry Learn about our products, services, jewelry, and piercing offerings Learn and confidently explain piercing aftercare instructions to clients and parents Review proper aftercare with every piercing client and answer basic aftercare questions Communicate important aftercare information clearly, patiently, and professionally Make sure clients and parents understand how to properly care for their new piercings Assist clients with jewelry changes and other services as trained Provide thoughtful, personalized customer service Operate the register and assist with sales transactions Help clients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit Offer coffee, tea, water, snacks, and other hospitality touches Keep the studio clean, organized, beautiful, and welcoming Assist with opening and closing procedures Support the team with daily studio operations Learn about ear piercing and our procedures with opportunities for future growth Help create the high level of customer service, education, and hospitality that Tori Ear Piercing is known for

The most important thing is your personality, work ethic, reliability, ability to communicate clearly, and desire to learn.
SCHEDULE
We are looking for someone who is available approximately 4-5 days per week, including at least one Saturday. Our busiest days are typically Friday and Saturday. Weekday availability is also important, particularly Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. We are open to discussing the schedule with the right candidate and may also consider hiring more than one exceptional part-time team member. $ Potential to earn excellent tips while providing exceptional service $
