Music & Arts seeks a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service in our retail store. You will guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, using strong product knowledge and consultative selling. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, processing rentals, maintaining visual standards, merchandising, and assisting with in store events. You'll collaborate with teachers and school reps, support repairs and lesson enrollment, and help create an inclusive, student-focused environment that promotes music education and community engagement.
