You'll serve walk-in customers, diagnose hose and connector needs, and fabricate fluid-conveyance assemblies to manufacturer specifications —quickly, safely, and with great service. You'll also support merchandising, inventory, and order flow to help grow the business. What you'll do Greet and service customers at the counter; enter orders accurately in the system. Identify hoses and fittings ; fabricate assemblies to spec with proper tools and processes. Follow company pricing, credit, and cash-handling/reporting guidelines. Solve customer problems directly or route to the correct in-house specialist. Increase sales via cross-sell, up-sell, add-ons, promos, and new products. Keep counter and merchandising areas clean, stocked, and attractive ; rotate/discontinue items as needed. Partner with ISS/OSS/warehouse to resolve service issues promptly. Light warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, as needed. Attend product/safety training; follow all company policies & procedures . Perform other duties as assigned. What you'll bring (must-haves) A customer-first mindset with strong listening and phone skills. Tact and professionalism with difficult situations; a team-player attitude. Comfort in a fast-paced environment; able to follow written SOPs. Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet). Ability to stand/walk through the shift and lift up to 80lbs safely. Ability to pass drug screen .
