Overview St. John Fisher University is an independent, liberal arts institution that provides a transformative education to approximately 3,800 undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students each year. Job Responsibilities 90% of time
  • Responsible for the maintenance, operation and installation of all heating, cooling, refrigerating and ventilating equipment on campus.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, operation and installation of the pneumatic and DDC building automation control systems.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, operation and installation of kitchen equipment.
  • Inspects work performed by outside contractors for adherence to plans & specifications as well as all federal, state and local codes.
  • Researches methods and materials required to complete assigned tasks.
  • Responds to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service.
  • Planning of assigned projects. 10% of time

Hourly Range:
$28.50 - $33.50 per hour Notes The salary range for this role is set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, qualifications, experience, and education.
