Job Description
Overview St. John Fisher University is an independent, liberal arts institution that provides a transformative education to approximately 3,800 undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students each year. Job Responsibilities 90% of time
- Responsible for the maintenance, operation and installation of all heating, cooling, refrigerating and ventilating equipment on campus.
- Responsible for the maintenance, operation and installation of the pneumatic and DDC building automation control systems.
- Responsible for the maintenance, operation and installation of kitchen equipment.
- Inspects work performed by outside contractors for adherence to plans & specifications as well as all federal, state and local codes.
- Researches methods and materials required to complete assigned tasks.
- Responds to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service.
- Planning of assigned projects. 10% of time
- Assist other skill trades in daily activities and renovation projects.
