Opportunity:

You help manage the process from the time a customer places an order through final delivery. This role combines sales support, order management, project coordination, vendor management, and customer communication. You will work closely with the sales team, customers, vendors, and internal teams to make sure orders are processed accurately, timelines are met, and projects stay on track. You will report to the General Manager and play an important role in keeping the sales and fulfillment process organized and efficient.

What You'll Do:

Manage the post-sale process from order entry through final delivery. Process orders and purchase orders, reviewing pricing, margins, inventory, and product details for accuracy. Coordinate project timelines, lead times, shipping, deliveries, technical documents, and BOMs. Communicate updates and expectations with customers, sales teams, vendors, and internal departments. Manage vendor relationships, including pricing, product availability, inventory, and resolving delays. Coordinate freight and deliveries, including LTL, FTL, and flatbed shipments. Monitor the open order bank, identify potential issues, and proactively find solutions. Track projects and ensure orders stay on schedule and aligned with customer expectations. Maintain accurate product information and updates within company systems. Work closely with sales, vendors, and management to keep the order process running smoothly.

What You'll Bring:

3+ years of experience in sales support, order management, project coordination, purchasing, or a related role. Strong organization, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple orders and projects at once. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Experience with CRM, ERP, e-commerce, or order management systems is a plus.
