Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find products that meet their needs. Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage through engaging product demos and clear communication. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales accurately, including cash handling and transaction management. Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure products are well-presented to enhance sales opportunities. Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and supporting inventory counts. Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits, encouraging customers to explore additional options. Uphold all store policies related to phone etiquette, customer service standards, and compliance with state regulations. Qualifications Previous retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or similar fast-paced environments.

Pay:

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated supervising or leadership experience in retail or customer service settings. Ability to perform product demos confidently while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and store layout best practices. A passion for customer service combined with excellent listening skills to understand customer needs effectively.
