In this role, you will assist customers in finding the perfect styles that suit their preferences and needs, provide expert fashion advice, and enhance the overall shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for all shoppers. Previous retail experience, especially in fashion is a plus. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills and grow within a vibrant retail setting. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized styling assistance to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with product selection, offering fashion advice and styling tips Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell products by recommending additional items that complement customer selections Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive displays and organized stock areas Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and stockroom organization Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism Support supervising staff in daily store operations as needed Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures Proven sales experience with upselling techniques to maximize revenue Knowledge of merchandising principles and stock management practices Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their career in retail fashion sales within a vibrant team environment.
