Join the KidStrong Team! KidStrong is looking for an energetic, confident, and results-driven Sales Associate to help families discover KidStrong and grow our center community. This is a sales-first role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, following up with leads, and closing memberships. You'll work directly with prospective families from their first interaction with KidStrong through their trial class and enrollment. What You'll Do Connect With Prospective Families Work new and existing leads daily through phone calls, texts, and email Build rapport with parents and learn what they're looking for Introduce families to the KidStrong experience and schedule trial classes Consistently follow up with leads, no-shows, and previous trial families Maintain accurate and organized lead information in our CRM Turn Trials Into Memberships Be present during scheduled trial windows to welcome prospective families Create a positive, high-energy experience for parents and kids Present membership options, pricing, and current promotions Confidently answer questions, overcome objections, and ask for the sale Complete membership agreements accurately Hit Your Goals Meet weekly goals for outbound calls, texts, and trial appointments Work toward personal monthly sales and closing goals Track your sales pipeline and results Participate in regular sales and pipeline reviews with the General Manager Support the Center Help check families in for class Answer basic member questions when needed Work peak class and trial times, including evenings and weekends This role is intentionally focused on sales and membership growth rather than day-to-day center operations. What We're Looking For 1+ year of sales, membership sales, or customer-facing experience Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and texts Confident asking for the sale and working toward measurable goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-up Coachable, competitive, positive, and motivated Comfortable interacting with both parents and children Available to work evenings and weekends Experience in fitness, youth programs, or franchise/retail environments is a plus Work Environment KidStrong is an active children's fitness center. This position requires the ability to stand and move for extended periods, communicate effectively in an energetic environment, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Why KidStrong?
