At Leaf Plug, our goal is to provide customers with a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional dispensary experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Educate customers on cannabis products including flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, and accessories Help customers choose products based on their preferences and needs Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with New York cannabis regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Support inventory management and restocking of products Stay informed on new products and industry trends Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Retail or customer service experience preferred Cannabis knowledge or industry experience preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Schedule Part-time hours to start Opportunity to transition to full-time as the store grows Why Work at Leaf Plug?
