Job Description
Catskills Candle Studio is looking to hire a Retail Associate to join our growing team. This position will support our Tannersville Studio during weekend hours, assist at local markets, and help with candle pouring workshops in-Studio. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere Educate customers about our fragrances, products and brand story Process sales transactions accurately via our POS system Pack retail orders and assist with keeping the Studio clean, organized and stocked Assist with the setup, support and cleanup of candle pouring experiences in our Tannersville Studio and at off-site locations Represent Catskills Candle Studio positively and professionally at all times
