Summary :
Responsible for processing all digital orders received through both the lab and the computer portal, utilizing advanced digital printing equipment and software to prepare, print, and ensure the quality of custom dental models and products

PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following statement reflects the general details considered necessary to describe the principle functions of the job identified and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all work requirements that may be inherent to the job. Opens portal on each case and downloads extension file. Reads and posts notes for case. Responsible for assessing doctors' scans and creating 3D print ready models on PC. Responsible for taking the created models and turning them into print jobs for the several different styles of printers. SLA resin printing Metal powder SLS Nylon powder SLS Responsible for starting and clearing said styles of 3D printers. Ability to accurately interpret equipment. Responsible for cleaning and finishing the models with hands once they are removed from the printers while also quality checking models. Removing resin from models using post process equipment followed by a UV Cure cycle. Depowdering models and polishing appliances using tumblers. Heat treatment and tumbling of metal parts. Collaborates with other lab technicians and digital designers to ensure product quality. Responsible for changing consumables on printers. Responsible for Tumbling process on acrylic splints. Responsible for running alcohol recycler. Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment as well as maintaining clean printers. Ortho analyzer software-Adds Study Model bases and fixes minor distortions. Performs main lab function(s) as required depending on the DBR requirements. Education and/or
Experience:
No previous education required. Prior CAD experience helpful. Minimum Requirement for this
Job:
Strong computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and 3D printers. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills. Demonstrate teambuilding skills Demonstrate good dexterity and hand/eye coordination. Demonstrate understanding of and ability to follow directions.
