Buffalo Jewelry and Loan Position :

Full-Time Sales & Lending Associate Pay :

Earn $17-$19 per hour during your first 90 days. Upon successfully completing the probation period, you'll receive a $600 bonus. We believe in paying team members while they learn and develop in the role. After probation, you'll continue at your hourly rate plus become eligible for unlimited commission opportunities. Monthly performance bonuses are also available on top of hourly pay and commission.

Buffalo Jewelry and Loan is continuing to grow, with a new location opening in Niagara Falls, NY later this year, followed by another in Lakewood, NY and Syracuse, NY.

Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude and team mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must pass a detailed background check 21 years of age or older 2+ years of retail or sales experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus
