Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Wireless Sales Representative to join our team at Cricket Wireless. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, promoting wireless products and services, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist customers with selecting plans, upgrading devices, and troubleshooting basic issues while ensuring a positive in-store experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred to better serve our diverse customer base. Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and plans Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Activate new lines, process upgrades, and handle account changes Educate customers on device features, billing, and promotions Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and inventory Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns efficiently Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers

Qualifications:

Previous retail or sales experience preferred (wireless experience a plus) Bilingual in English and Spanish required/preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
