As a Budtender, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and detailed knowledge about our cannabis products to our patrons. You will assist customers by answering their questions, making recommendations, and maintaining a positive and clean environment. This role requires someone with a passion for cannabis who is enthusiastic and committed to promoting its benefits responsibly.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide accurate information about cannabis strains and products, including their benefits, uses, and methods of consumption. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing the sale of cannabis. Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized store appearance at all times. Keep up-to-date with new cannabis products on the market as well as industry trends. Assist with inventory management tasks including restocking items and conducting physical counts. Educate customers on safe cannabis use and responsible consumption.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older. Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus. General working knowledge of cannabis strains and products is preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
