Independent Provider:
$58 per 30-minute session W-2Provider:
$53 per 30-minute session $300 Sign-On Bonus for eligible new providers No minimum patient requirement Full-time, part-time, per diem, or supplemental income opportunities Employee Referral Bonus Program As a Physical Therapist with HTA, you will help children develop functional movement skills and work toward their individualized goals while collaborating with families, educators, and other providers.Responsibilities include:
Provide individualized physical therapy services Develop and implement treatment plans Address strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional development Provide services in home, daycare, school, and community settings Collaborate with families, teachers, and related service providers Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in required meetings, supervision, and trainings Maintain compliance with HTA and applicable program requirements PT opportunities may be available in: Early Intervention (EI)- Birth to age 3 CPSE / Preschool
