You'll be responsible for keeping our stock healthy, colorful, and growing, and for making sure every coral that leaves our facility is one we're proud to sell. This is a hands-on role for someone who has kept demanding corals successfully and understands reef systems at a technical level. Responsibilities Maintain coral holding and grow-out systems, including SPS, LPS, and soft corals Test and manage water chemistry (alkalinity, calcium, magnesium, nitrate, phosphate, salinity) and dose to keep parameters stable Run intake, dipping, and quarantine protocols for incoming corals, and identify and treat pests such as flatworms, nudibranchs, red bugs, and AEFW Frag, mount, and propagate corals; track growth and coloration Monitor and adjust lighting, flow, and equipment; troubleshoot failures quickly Pick, pack, and acclimate-ready corals for retail and wholesale orders Photograph and film corals for our online store, live sales, and social media Keep accurate records of livestock, treatments, and inventory, and follow our biosecurity procedures
