PM Summary:
The Gift Shop Attendant assists the gift shop manager and its volunteers with the activities of the Gift Shops.
Responsibilities:
1. Assists gift shop manager and its volunteers with the activities of the Gift Shops. 2. Serves customers promptly and courteously. 3. Answers customer inquiries. 4. Responsible for counting and balancing money from register and making deposit from their shift. 5. Checks in merchandise promptly and accurately. 6. Displays merchandise in a manner consistent with the Supervisor's desires. 7. Other duties as required.
Other information:
Technical Expertise 1. Experience in retail operations and sales is required. 2. Strong communication and verbal skills. 3. Computer knowledge is preferred. 4. Experience working with all levels within an organization is required. 5. Experience in healthcare is preferred. 6.Proficiency in Counterpoint and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is preferred. Education and Experience 1.
