Mission:

To provide best-in-class customer service, drive traffic into the studio, continually increase the membership base, and focus on the retention of current members. To work with management and pursue continued education/training in an effort to obtain new skills, enhance current practices, and become educated on various topics related to HOTWORX Aurora, OH

Basic Responsibilities & Studio Maintenance Work a minimum of 10 hours per week, unless otherwise approved by management Consistently maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the HOTWORX® Uniform Policy & Code of Conduct Follow general cleaning and maintenance checklists and guides Complete all daily open/closing procedures and checklists for each shift Member Relations Create meaningful relationships with studio members to maintain a culture of acceptance and support Become appropriately educated about HOTWORX® products and sell items to members and guests Promote participation in the 90-Day Burn Off Challenge (rewards system) and use of the HOTWORX® App Membership Sales & Outreach Complete the necessary prospecting and outside promotions with the goal of selling memberships Assist the General Manager (GM) and Social Media Manager (SMM) in social media endeavors by providing insight on results, ideas, and other ways to increase traffic Participate in daily marketing checklist tasks Do what is reasonably necessary to meet all prospecting and sales goals

Unstaffed The following are the regularly available weekly TSA shifts for HOTWORX Aurora, OH

• 2pm
• TSAs will work approximately 15-20 scheduled hours per week.

Regular shifts will be assigned once all TSAs have been hired and provide their availability.

Compensation:

$15 per hour Bonuses and commissions based on the completion of individual and studio membership sales and achievement of studio milestones
