Job Summary Join our dynamic retail team as a Sales Associate specializing in Home Improvement! Specifically discussing their current project needs and potential wants in relation to exteriors such as roofing, siding, gutters and more including Ohio's hottest product Self Powered - Solar Power. This is a Salaried position with unlimited commissions and advancement opportunities for anyone 18+ with a clean criminal background over the last 7 years. Responsibilities Engage with customers including helping them find their desired item. Discuss home improvement options tailored to protection, aesthetics & saving money. Utilize CAD, SketchUp, or other technical tools to assist customers in planning their projects, including space layouts and lighting designs. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication. Manage records using our CRM systems and retail software. Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to promote new products and seasonal promotions that boost sales.
