We are open 7 days a week and need staff that are prepared to welcome our guests every day. Our employee availability needs are as follows:

• Monday- Saturday 8:30am-6:30pm
• Sundays 10:30am-5:30pm
• Weekends are a crucial aspect of our business and are

REQUIRED

of all Sales staff. Those with weekend availability will be given higher consideration.

• We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day and Easter.

Dress Code:

We want to present a professional appearance with all our customer-facing employees. The following are some highlights of our dress code policy:

• Black pants, black shirts and close-toed shoes
• No visible tattoos or piercings (other than ear piercings)
• Well-kept natural colored hair and neat and well-trimmed facial hair.

Service Expectations:

• Candidates must be 18 or over.
• Project positive energy and genuinely greet all guests with a SMILE.
• Take the initiative to learn about store products in all departments.
• Be attentive to guests as they are shopping.
• Make friendly conversations with guests about their favorite products and recommend new products.
• Check guests out efficiently while conversing with them and cross promoting products.
• Counting back change correctly per GCB guidelines.

Daily Tasks Expectations:

• Is prepared and willing to assist in accomplishing departmental "To-Do Lists".
• Ability to take initiative and stay busy working.
• Strive to make the job easier for the next team member
• Motivated to follow procedures correctly and efficiently.

HAVE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK

• Production of products (packing, cheese counter, café, etc.)
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Quickly AND correctly price and label products.
• Stand and work throughout your department for up to 8 hours (bending and stooping as needed).
• Pick up and move inventory of up to 30lbs. in weight.
• Willing to complete additional tasks as assigned.
