About us The Chubby Batch is a bakery located in Ferndale, MI. We specialize in only cookies and sell our cookies at various food festivals, markets, events and more! Looking for a sales associates to work our booth at the
BLACK SWAMP ARTS
Festival. You will be working at our booth OUTSIDE at this event and selling homemade cookies to customers!

12PM-7PM PAY This job pays $20/hour along with tips (CASH PAYMENT)! The more personable you are the more tips you will make! We are looking for candidates who can sell our product and have great customer service! You MUST be engaging and outgoing with customers. This job is perfect for someone who is looking to make some extra money on the weekends! You must be able to stand on your feet for a long period of time and engage with customers!
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance in selecting the right products
- Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features and benefits to customers
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Maintain a clean and organized space

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well by yourself
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and inventory
