Provide knowledgeable information about products to enhance the shopping experience. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash or card payments securely. Restock inventory as needed and monitor stock levels to ensure product availability. Stay informed about new product arrivals, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers. Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Requirements Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for engaging with customers is essential. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Passion for sports, anime, or related pop culture is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak shopping times. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
